The flatbread with sausage, caciotta, and arugula pesto is a rich and tasty idea for a quick dinner, to be enjoyed with a nice cold beer. I had just made some flatbreads at home, while in the fridge were homemade pork sausages by my mother, my arugula and walnut pesto and some fresh caciotta made by a shepherd. I simply combined these delicacies to prepare a flatbread with a rich rustic flavor!

Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads
- 2 sausages
- 4 slices fresh caciotta

Steps
To make the flatbread with sausage, caciotta, and arugula pesto at home, first, prepare the flatbreads at home or use ready-made ones.
Heat the flatbreads on both sides on the grill. Cut the caciotta into strips and distribute it on the surface of the flatbreads.
Peel the sausages, crumble them, and distribute them over the caciotta. Put the flatbreads back on the grill to melt the cheese.
Remove the flatbreads from the grill and garnish with the arugula and walnut pesto.
Fold the flatbreads in half, serve hot, and enjoy your meal!
