Flatbread with Sausage, Caciotta and Arugula Pesto

The flatbread with sausage, caciotta, and arugula pesto is a rich and tasty idea for a quick dinner, to be enjoyed with a nice cold beer. I had just made some flatbreads at home, while in the fridge were homemade pork sausages by my mother, my arugula and walnut pesto and some fresh caciotta made by a shepherd. I simply combined these delicacies to prepare a flatbread with a rich rustic flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads

Steps

  • To make the flatbread with sausage, caciotta, and arugula pesto at home, first, prepare the flatbreads at home or use ready-made ones.
