Hasselback potatoes cooked in the oven or air fryer are a tasty idea to enjoy as an appetizer or side dish. What distinguishes this recipe is the shape of the potatoes: they are sliced and horizontal and diagonal cuts are made to create an accordion-like effect. I seasoned them with a dressing of oil, oregano, paprika, and Parmesan cheese, but you can customize them as you like. Once cooked, these Hasselback potatoes will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
