- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup rice milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- to taste raspberries

Preparation
To make the heart-shaped pancakes, combine the dry ingredients in a bowl: add the flour and baking powder. Start mixing and add the sugar.
Then add the egg and vanilla extract. Also, pour in the milk and mix everything with the help of a whisk. You should obtain a smooth, lump-free batter.
Take a small pan, lightly grease it, and heat it over low heat. Then place the heart-shaped mold inside the pan.
Pour a couple of tablespoons of batter inside the mold. When bubbles begin to form on the surface and the edges start to lift, flip with the help of a spatula and remove the mold.
Cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes, waiting for it to color. Repeat the same operation until the batter is used up.
Spread raspberry jam on the surface of the pancakes. Stack the pancakes on a plate, one on top of the other.
Serve the pancakes warm with fresh raspberries, enjoy!
