Kebab pizza is a rich and tasty alternative to enjoy homemade pizza. If you are a fan of pizza and kebab, you must try this pizza, which creates a perfect match. I made the pizza and topped it with tomato, mozzarella, onion, and kebab. You can garnish the pizza with sauces of your choice and fries, just as you would with your kebab sandwich.

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz all-purpose flour (or bread flour)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp fresh yeast
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 7 oz mozzarella
- as needed red onion
- 3.5 oz tomato sauce
- 10.5 oz kebab meat (or chicken)

Steps
To make the kebab pizza, first prepare the pizza dough. Crumble the fresh yeast into a small bowl and add the water at room temperature. Stir until the yeast is completely dissolved.
In a large bowl, or in the stand mixer, pour the flour and add the yeast and water mixture. Start kneading.
Add the salt and extra virgin olive oil; knead until the dough takes shape: it should be a compact and soft mass that doesn’t stick to your hands or the bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for four hours, until doubled in volume.
After the rising time, divide the dough into two equal pieces and place them in greased baking trays. Spread the dough within the trays using your hands and let it rise for another 3/4 hours, away from drafts, ideally in the turned-off oven.
Spread the tomato sauce and mozzarella over the surface of the pizzas. Cut the onion into strips and place it on the pizza.
Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven at 428°F for 10 minutes. Then remove from the oven, add the meat on the pizza, and return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until cooked as desired.
You may garnish the kebab pizza with sauces and fries to your liking. Enjoy your meal!
