Ingredients
- 2 Hot dog buns
- 2 Sausages
- 4 slices Bacon
- 4 slices Cheddar

- sauces to taste
Preparation
To make the hot dog with bacon, slice the cheddar cheese into strips. Take a knife and slice the center of the sausage, lengthwise. Stuff the sausages with cheese: inside the cut made in the center of the sausage.
Wrap the sausages with two slices of bacon each, securing them with toothpicks so they remain compact during cooking.
Grill the sausages on the grill, or on the griddle, brushing them with barbecue sauce and cooking them on all sides. Split the buns in half and toast them on the griddle on both sides.
Dress the buns with sauces to taste and fill with the sausages. Close the bun and serve. Enjoy your meal!
