The limoncello spritz is a fresh and tasty alcoholic cocktail, a valid substitute for the Aperol spritz. Easy to make, this spritz is made with limoncello, prosecco, and soda; I enriched it with red currants (you can omit them or replace them with raspberries) and served it with lemon slices and mint leaves. Refreshing and delicious, this spritz is perfect for a home aperitif.
