Meat Pizzaiola with Olives and Capers

Meat pizzaiola with olives and capers is a flavorful and easy-to-make main course.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz veal slices
  • 1 cup tomato pulp
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsps black olives
  • 2 tbsps capers
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • as needed extra virgin olive oil
  • as needed salt

Steps

  • To prepare the meat pizzaiola with olives and capers, pour a splash of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic into a pan.

  • Heat for a couple of minutes and then add the meat slices, browning them on high heat on each side.

  • Then add the tomato pulp, oregano, capers, olives, and chopped parsley.

  • Salt and cook over moderate heat for about 15 minutes.

  • At the end of cooking, remove the garlic and serve. Enjoy your meal!
