The no-bake Easter tart is a colorful and delicious dessert to prepare during the Easter holiday. This dessert consists of a gluten-free cookie and butter crust, a layer of caramel, and a chocolate ganache layer. To garnish the tart, you can unleash your creativity and even get the little ones involved: I decorated the dessert with chocolate eggs and bunnies.

Steps
To make the no-bake Easter tart, prepare the crust. Blend the cookies until you get a sandy mixture, then pour them into a bowl and add the melted butter.
Mix well with a spoon, then spread the mixture on the bottom and sides of a springform pan (9 inches), press well with the back of a spoon, and place in the fridge for a few minutes to set.
Pour the caramel over the cookie crust.
In a small pot, heat the cream over low heat; then remove from heat and incorporate the two chopped chocolates. Stir until you get a smooth and glossy mixture. Let it cool slightly.
Pour the ganache into the tart. Cover with foil and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Decorate the tart with crumbled eggs, chocolate bunnies, and whole eggs (both chocolate and colored). Enjoy!
