Oat and peanut butter bars are delicious snacks made without baking. With just five ingredients, you’ll create gluten-free and lactose-free bars, perfect for a snack during the day. To make this recipe, I prepared bars with rolled oats, peanut butter and honey. Then I garnished with a mixture of dark chocolate, peanut butter, and peanuts. Easy and quick to make, these bars will be enjoyed by everyone!

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- to taste peanuts

Steps
To make the oat and peanut butter bars, pour the peanut butter and rolled oats into a bowl.
Start mixing with a spoon and incorporate the honey. Blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a 8×8 inch square container, lined with baking paper, and level well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then add peanut butter and mix. Also add some peanuts and mix well.
Pour the chocolate over the oat and peanut butter mixture. Use a spoon to spread it evenly across the surface. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
After the time has passed, cut the bars with a knife. Enjoy!
