The overnight chocolate and peanut butter porridge is a fresh and tasty idea, to enjoy at breakfast or as a snack.
This recipe is the no-cook version of the classic oatmeal porridge, which is prepared very quickly in the evening to be enjoyed the following morning.
This overnight porridge consists of three layers: the base made of oatmeal and milk, then a layer of Greek yogurt and peanut butter, and finally a topping made of chocolate and puffed spelt.
Easy to make, once you try it, you won’t be able to do without it!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup milk (or plant-based beverage)
- 2 tablespoons fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- 1/3 oz dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon puffed spelt (or puffed rice)
Steps
To make the overnight porridge, mix the oats with the milk in a bowl.
Pour the mixture into a small bowl and compact it well with the back of a spoon.
In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with the peanut butter. Mix to obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture. Pour the cream over the oat base.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and combine with the puffed spelt. Pour the mixture over the yogurt.
Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to rest overnight. Enjoy!
