The pan-fried potatoes are a quicker yet equally tasty alternative to oven-baked potatoes. If you’re short on time or don’t feel like turning on the oven, you can still enjoy potatoes by cooking them in a pan. In no time, you’ll have potatoes that are soft inside and crispy outside.

Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs potatoes
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
Steps
To prepare pan-fried potatoes, first wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into large cubes.
Next, blanch the potatoes for 5 minutes in boiling water. Then, using a slotted spoon, drain the potatoes and transfer them to a bowl.
In a pan, pour some extra virgin olive oil and a sprig of rosemary. Heat the oil over moderate heat.
Add the potatoes to the pan and cook them. Occasionally, shake the pan and gently turn the potatoes over.
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and serve them hot. Enjoy your meal!
