Ingredients

  • 4 slices pandoro
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 80 g hazelnut spread
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 50 g hazelnut spread
  • 30 g chopped hazelnuts

Tools

Steps

  • To make the pandoro roll, whip the cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Then combine the hazelnut spread and mix the ingredients to obtain a smooth cream.

  • Cut the pandoro into slices about 0.39 inches thick. Form a rectangle by arranging the pandoro slices on plastic wrap.

  • Flatten the pandoro with a rolling pin to achieve a uniform surface without gaps.

  • Fill with the cream prepared earlier, spreading it well over the entire surface.

  • Roll from the longest side, using the plastic wrap for assistance. Refrigerate for one hour.

  • In a saucepan, melt the hazelnut spread and milk chocolate in a double boiler, mix with a spoon, and incorporate the chopped hazelnuts.

  • Remove the roll from the refrigerator, take off the plastic wrap, and cover the roll with the glaze.

  • Refrigerate for a few hours to set the glaze. Slice the roll and serve. Enjoy!
