- 4 slices pandoro
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 80 g hazelnut spread
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 50 g hazelnut spread
- 30 g chopped hazelnuts
Tools
- Mixer

Steps
To make the pandoro roll, whip the cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Then combine the hazelnut spread and mix the ingredients to obtain a smooth cream.
Cut the pandoro into slices about 0.39 inches thick. Form a rectangle by arranging the pandoro slices on plastic wrap.
Flatten the pandoro with a rolling pin to achieve a uniform surface without gaps.
Fill with the cream prepared earlier, spreading it well over the entire surface.
Roll from the longest side, using the plastic wrap for assistance. Refrigerate for one hour.
In a saucepan, melt the hazelnut spread and milk chocolate in a double boiler, mix with a spoon, and incorporate the chopped hazelnuts.
Remove the roll from the refrigerator, take off the plastic wrap, and cover the roll with the glaze.
Refrigerate for a few hours to set the glaze. Slice the roll and serve. Enjoy!
