Ingredients
- 11 oz chicken breast
- to taste rice flour
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 glass water
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
Preparation
To make the paprika chicken bites, cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces or strips and coat them in the rice flour.
In a frying pan add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and add the chicken bites. Brown them for a few minutes over moderate heat.
Then add the paprika and half a glass of water (or, if you prefer, milk).
Season with salt, add the oregano and cook for 10-15 minutes, until you obtain a thick sauce.
Serve the chicken and enjoy your meal!
