The parmesan crust chips are tasty snacks to enjoy, for example, during a home aperitif with friends. Nothing is wasted from Parmesan! The parmesan crust is often used to make pasta and potatoes or, as my grandmother used to do, in spaghetti with tomato sauce. To make these chips, you will only need the parmesan crust, which you can cook in the air fryer or microwave. In just a few minutes, you will have irresistible chips!
