The pasta with anchovies, zucchini blossoms, and lemon is a dish with a fresh and delicate sauce. This recipe is very easy to make and takes little time! While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce: in a pan, I melted the anchovies with some oil and garlic; then I added the zucchini blossoms and combined the lemon juice. With a few quality ingredients, you will serve a delicious dish!

Ingredients
- 7 oz pasta
- 5 anchovies
- 8 zucchini blossoms
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- lemon juice
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
Steps
To make the pasta with anchovies, zucchini blossoms, and lemon, wash and clean the zucchini blossoms by removing the stem and pistil and place them on paper towels to dry.
In a pan, pour a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic. Put the pan on low heat.
Add the anchovies and let them melt. Then add the zucchini blossoms and sauté them in the pan. Finally, pour in the juice of one lemon and the chopped parsley.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water; once cooked (preferably al dente), drain it and add it to the pan with the sauce.
Add a tablespoon of pasta cooking water and let it blend for a few minutes.
Serve and enjoy your meal!
