Ingredients
- 7 oz pasta
- 1 sausage
- 3.5 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 bunch parsley
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
Steps
To make the pasta with cherry tomatoes and sausage, lightly brown the garlic clove with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, chopped parsley, and chopped chili pepper in a pan.
Then add the crumbled sausage and let it brown for a few minutes. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, mix well, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes until the sausage is tender and the sauce is slightly reduced.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water; once cooked (preferably al dente), drain it and add it to the pan with the sauce.
Stir for a few minutes, then remove the pan from the heat and serve. Enjoy your meal!
