- 3.5 oz peanut butter
- 1.75 oz plain cookies
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate

Steps
To make the peanut butter chocolates, pour the cookies into the blender bowl and blend until you get a sandy mixture.
Pour the blended cookies into a bowl and add the peanut butter. Mix until you get a compact and homogeneous mixture. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Then take some of the mixture with your hands or with a scoop and form balls the size of a walnut, or as desired.
Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper. Put in the freezer for an hour.
Melt the dark chocolate and dip the peanut butter balls one by one. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Put the chocolates in the refrigerator to set. Enjoy!
