Peanut Butter Ice Cream – No Eggs and No Ice Cream Maker

The peanut butter ice cream is made without eggs and without an ice cream maker, using only three ingredients: cream, condensed milk, and peanut butter (I used the homemade one). Once the ice cream has rested in the freezer, you can serve it with delicious caramel. Making this ice cream at home is simple and quick, and the result will be spectacular!

Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 5.3 oz condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 3.2 oz peanut butter
  • as needed caramel

  • Mixer

Steps

  • To make the peanut butter ice cream, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

  • In a bowl, combine the peanut butter with the condensed milk, stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  • Incorporate the cream into the milk and peanut butter mixture, always mixing with electric beaters (or a stand mixer), until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

  • Transfer the mixture into a container with a lid or cover with cling film.

  • Place in the freezer to rest for 4 hours, or preferably overnight.

  • Serve the ice cream with homemade caramel. Enjoy!
