Peanut Butter Mousse

Peanut butter mousse is a no-bake dessert that requires only four ingredients: peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and whipped cream. I served the mousse in cups and garnished with candied peanuts. In just a few minutes, you will obtain a dessert with a delicate flavor and a soft consistency that melts in the mouth.

Peanut Butter Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2.8 oz peanut butter
  • 2 tbsps powdered sugar
  • 2.5 oz cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • to taste candied peanuts

Tools

  • Mixer
  • Spatula

Steps

  • To make the peanut butter mousse, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Then incorporate the peanut butter.

  • Finally, add the whipped cream, folding it in gently from bottom to top.

  • Pour the mousse into three cups and place them in the refrigerator to rest for at least 30 minutes.

  • Serve the mousse garnished with coarsely chopped candied peanuts. Enjoy!
