- 7 tbsps butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 pears
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp butter
- lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 7 oz spreadable hazelnut cream
Tools
- Baking Pan
Steps
To make the pear and Nutella tart, peel the pears, cut them into cubes, and place them in a saucepan.
Add lemon juice, butter, cinnamon, and sugar to the pears.
Bring to a boil over low heat, and cook for 10 minutes. The apples should be soft. Remove from heat and let cool.
Prepare the tart base. Mix softened butter with flour and sugar. Add the eggs and finally the baking powder.
Work with your hands, or with a stand mixer, until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough. Spread the dough in a greased tart pan, leaving some aside for decoration.
Spread the hazelnut cream on the bottom of the tart and then add the pears, distributing them over the entire surface.
With the dough set aside, create cords to form a lattice pattern on the tart.
Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes, until golden. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool. Enjoy!
