The pork chops with peppers and cherry tomatoes are a rich and tasty pork main dish cooked in a pan. With an irresistible taste and easy to make, I cooked the pork chops in a pan with peppers and cherry tomatoes, and flavored them with garlic and rosemary. A tip I feel like giving you: serve this dish with a loaf of rustic bread, because the bread dipping is a must!

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 5 yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
Preparation
To make the pork chops with peppers and cherry tomatoes, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic into a pan. Add the rosemary and pork chops, and brown them over medium heat.
Then deglaze with white wine and season with salt. Continue cooking, and if necessary, add some hot water.
Wash and clean the peppers, cut them into julienne strips, and add them to the meat. Continue cooking over low heat.
When the meat and peppers start to cook, add the halved cherry tomatoes.
Let everything season together for 10 minutes. Serve the chops hot or warm. Enjoy your meal!
