Ingredients
- 1 sheet rectangular puff pastry (gluten-free for celiacs)
- 1 sausage
- 8 slices pizza mozzarella
- 2 small potatoes
- 1 sprig rosemary
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
Steps
To make the potato and sausage pastries, slice the potatoes thinly and crumble the sausage.
Roll out the puff pastry, cut into 8 rectangles, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place a slice of mozzarella on each rectangle, leaving space at the edges. Top with potato slices and crumbled sausage.
Fold the edges inward and season the pastries with rosemary and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Bake the pastries in a preheated oven at 390°F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
