The puff pastry heart pops are jam-filled treats ideal for Valentine’s Day or other occasions, with which to surprise your sweetheart. For the creation of these hearts, I was inspired by the famous cake pops: cake balls covered in chocolate and served on a stick, reminiscent of lollipops. In this case, with only two ingredients, I made tasty puff pastry hearts filled with raspberry jam, served on a wooden skewer. Easy to make and delicious in flavor, these puff pastry heart pops will be a hit!
