- 1 roll Puff Pastry
- 2 Zucchini
- as needed Cream Cheese
- 1 oz Smoked Salmon

Preparation
To make the puff pastry roses with zucchini and salmon, wash and trim the zucchini, slice them lengthwise about half an inch thick. Grill them on both sides.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut out ten rectangles as long as the short side of the pastry.
On each strip of puff pastry, spread some cream cheese and arrange slices of grilled zucchini. Place the sliced salmon on the zucchini.
Gently roll the strip of puff pastry on itself and apply slight pressure to seal the edge, forming a rose.
Place the roses inside a lightly greased cupcake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
