To make the puff pastry roses with zucchini and salmon, wash and trim the zucchini, and slice them lengthwise to a thickness of about 3/8 inch. Grill them on both sides.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into ten rectangles as long as the short side of the pastry.
On each strip of puff pastry, spread some cream cheese and place slices of grilled zucchini. Lay the salmon strips over the zucchini.
Gently roll up the puff pastry strip on itself and press lightly to seal the edge, forming a rose.
Place the roses inside a slightly greased cupcake mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm, and enjoy!
