Puff pastry with prosciutto and figs are delicious finger foods, ideal as an appetizer or for a home aperitif. I cut the puff pastry into rectangles to create single-serving pastries, perfect for eating by hand. I filled each pastry with robiola cheese and figs, and seasoned with balsamic vinegar. Once baked in the oven, I served the pastries with a slice of prosciutto. Success is guaranteed with these pastries!
