- 1.1 lbs pumpkin
- 1 sprig rosemary
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste acacia honey (or millefiori)
- to taste salt
Tools

Steps
To make pumpkin with honey and rosemary, clean the pumpkin and slice it into pieces about 0.6 inches thick. If the skin is tender, you can leave it on or remove it, as you prefer.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the pumpkin slices without overlapping.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and rosemary. Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Remove from the oven and brush the pumpkin slices with honey while they are hot, so the honey melts and creates a light glaze.
Serve and enjoy your meal!
