The ricotta cream with wild strawberries is a delicious and fresh spoon dessert, easy to make. I made a cream with ricotta, cream, and grated coconut; then I garnished with fresh wild strawberries (picked directly from my garden) and with white hazelnut cream. With a few simple ingredients, you will create a dessert with a delicate and irresistible taste!

Ingredients
- 3.5 oz ricotta
- 3.5 oz heavy cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- as needed wild strawberries
- 2 tbsps white hazelnut cream
Preparation
To make the ricotta cream with wild strawberries, in a bowl mix the ricotta with the cream (no need to whip the cream beforehand).
Then add the sugar and desiccated coconut and mix until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
Pour the cream into two glasses and decorate with fresh wild strawberries.
Finally, garnish with a spoonful of white hazelnut cream.
Put in the refrigerator for an hour and enjoy! Enjoy!
