With a delicate flavor, I filled this sandwich with arugula, lettuce, avocado, and a yogurt cream made with: Greek yogurt, spreadable cheese, and aromatic herbs. This sandwich is ideal for an office lunch, a picnic, or an alternative dinner.

Ingredients
- 8 slices sandwich bread
- 1 Avocado
- as needed Arugula
- as needed Lettuce
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 3.5 oz Spreadable Fresh Cheese
- as needed Basil
- as needed Aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary, chives)
- 1 clove Garlic
- as needed salt and pepper

Preparation
To prepare the sandwich with yogurt cream and avocado, pour a handful of basil leaves, aromatic herbs (to taste), and the garlic clove into the blender bowl. Start blending, then add the Greek yogurt and the spreadable cheese. Blend until you get a smooth cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
Wash, dry, and slice the lettuce into strips. Wash and dry the arugula. Wash and clean the avocado, remove the skin, and cut it into cubes.
Toast the slices of bread on both sides in the toaster or on the grill, it will take a few minutes.
Then proceed with assembling the sandwich: take the first slice of bread and spread a layer of yogurt cream on top, then form a layer of lettuce and a layer of arugula, add some yogurt cream and a layer of avocado. Then take another slice of bread, spread the yogurt cream, and close the sandwich.
With a knife cut the sandwich in half, or into four. Serve and enjoy your meal!
