Sandy Potatoes in Hot Air Fryer

Sandy potatoes in a hot air fryer are a simple and flavorful side dish.

For this recipe, I cut the potatoes into cubes and soaked them for a few minutes to remove the starch; then I seasoned them with oil, rosemary, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan.

Once cooked, you’ll get crispy potatoes on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for accompanying any dish or snacking directly from the tray!
