Preparation
To make the savory puff pastry wreath, roll out the round puff pastry and use a 8-inch diameter mold to form a circle in the center (to make the wreath).
Use the removed puff pastry from the center to make stars of various sizes, using star-shaped cutters.
Place the stars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using a small star cutter, make a hole in the center of half the larger stars (which will be filled).
Transfer both the circle (the wreath) and the stars to the preheated oven. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Use toothpicks to make mini skewers: skewer a black olive, half a cherry tomato, and a green olive.
Spread the cream cheese over the surface of the wreath.
Take the large stars without holes and spread either sun-dried tomato pesto or basil pesto on them; then cover with the star with a hole.
On the small stars, add a small amount of pesto (some with red, some with green).
Decorate the wreath by placing the large stars, mini skewers, and small stars on the cheese. Garnish with rosemary and serve. Enjoy your meal!
