Preparation
To make the skewers with peaches, prosciutto, and scamorza, wash and clean the peach, then slice it. Heat the grill and grill the peaches on both sides.
Assemble the skewers in this order: take a skewer stick, thread a smoked scamorza bite, two peach slices, a slice of prosciutto, a red cherry tomato, two peach slices, a yellow cherry tomato, and an olive.
Place the skewers on a serving plate and drizzle them with a little extra-virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of oregano. Serve and enjoy!
Note: you can also make the skewers well in advance. Once ready, you can place them on a plate or tray, cover them with plastic wrap, and store them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
