Ingredients
- 7 oz digestive biscuits
- 7 tbsp butter
- 3 Snickers
- 9 oz mascarpone cheese
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 Snickers
- 3/4 oz milk chocolate
- to taste caramel
Tools
- Springform Pan
Preparation
To make the Snickers cake, first, prepare the base. Crush the biscuits, then pour them into a bowl and mix with melted butter.
Spread the mixture on the base of a springform pan (8.5-inch mold) lined with parchment paper. Press with the back of a spoon and place in the freezer to set.
Prepare the cream: melt the Snickers in a double boiler, then combine them with mascarpone in a bowl and blend with electric beaters until creamy.
Add the whipped cream and mix the ingredients with a spatula, moving from bottom to top.
Pour the obtained cream over the biscuit base, leveling well, and put the cake in the refrigerator (on the top shelf) for at least 4 hours.
If the cream is not well set, transfer it to the freezer for a couple of hours. It depends a lot on the power of your refrigerator.
When the dessert is well set, remove it from the mold and place it on a serving plate.
Garnish the cake with Snickers cut into small pieces, melted milk chocolate, and soft caramel.
