Speculoos bars are delicious chocolate treats with a spiced filling, perfect for making during Christmas. I made these bars using milk chocolate and filled them with homemade speculoos cookies along with a tasty speculoos spread. Easy to make, these bars are irresistible and will disappear in no time!

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz milk chocolate
- 10 speculoos cookies
- as needed speculoos spread

Steps
To make the speculoos bars, melt 5.25 oz of milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Pour it into an 8×8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Coarsely crumble the speculoos cookies with your hands and pour them over the chocolate to create a layer. Refrigerate to set for 30 minutes.
Then remove from the refrigerator and form a layer of speculoos spread over the cookies. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Melt the remaining milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and cover everything. Refrigerate for an hour.
Remove from the mold and cut into bars. Enjoy!
