The spicy apple slices are egg-free and skillet-cooked, making for a sweet alternative for the whole family’s snack. To make this recipe, I sliced the apple into segments, soaked them in milk, then dipped the slices into a mixture of flour, sugar, and cinnamon. I cooked them in the skillet with a drizzle of oil. Once cooked, I coated the apple slices in a sugar and cinnamon mix. With a spicy flavor, these apple slices will be crispy on the outside and soft inside.
