The strawberry ice cream is a fresh and delicious treat made without eggs and without using an ice cream maker. I made the ice cream with whipped cream, condensed milk, and fresh strawberries; I then served it with a strawberry compote made with strawberries and sugar. With four simple ingredients, you’ll make an ice cream with fresh strawberries that the whole family will love!

Ingredients
- 12 oz strawberries (already cleaned)
- 3.5 oz condensed milk
- 5.3 oz whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Tools
- Mixer
- Container
Steps
To make the strawberry ice cream, dice 5.3 oz of strawberries. Place them in a bowl with the sugar and let them macerate for an hour.
Then transfer everything to a small saucepan, heat over low flame, and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Transfer the strawberry compote to a bowl, let cool, then store in the refrigerator.
Blend the remaining strawberries and pass them through a fine sieve to remove the seeds. Collect the obtained liquid in a bowl.
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. In a bowl, combine the blended strawberries with the condensed milk, stirring to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Incorporate the milk and strawberry mixture into the cream, always mixing with the electric beaters (or stand mixer), until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Transfer the mixture into a container with a lid, or cover with cling film.
Place in the freezer to rest for 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
Serve the ice cream with strawberry compote. Enjoy!
