Ingredients
- 4 oz strawberries
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup gluten-free powdered sugar
- 10 strawberries
Tools
- Immersion Blender
- Spatula
- Piping Bag
Steps
To make the strawberry mousse, wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them into pieces.
Put the strawberries in the immersion blender cup, and blend until you get a puree.
In a bowl, whip the cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside a couple of tablespoons of cream for decoration.
Add the strawberries to the cream, and with the help of a spatula, mix the ingredients with an upward motion.
Wash and hull the strawberries (for garnish) and cut them into thin slices.
Take the cups or glasses, and proceed with the composition: lay the strawberry slices “upside down”, making them adhere around the rim of the glass.
Fill the glasses with the mousse and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
Let the cups rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve as needed. Enjoy!
