Ingredients
- 8.8 oz Mascarpone
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2/3 cup Fresh Liquid Cream
- 1 package Strawberries
- as needed Milk
- as needed Ladyfingers (or Savoiardi)
Preparation
To make the strawberry tiramisu, beat the yolks with the sugar and incorporate the mascarpone one spoon at a time, continuing to beat.
When the mixture is smooth and creamy, add the previously whipped cream, incorporating it with a movement from bottom to top.
Take a 9.5-inch springform pan and line it on the side with the ladyfingers.
Then start forming the tiramisu by softening the ladyfingers in the milk and placing them on the base of the pan.
Alternate with a layer of cream and one of strawberries (previously washed and cut into pieces). Finish the dessert with a layer of strawberries and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.
Serve the dessert decorating it as desired. Enjoy!
In a small pot pour 1 oz of water and 3 tablespoons of sugar, mix well, put on the heat and bring the syrup to 250°F. If you don’t have a thermometer, the syrup will be ready when small white bubbles form on the surface.
Put the yolks in a bowl and add the syrup slowly, continuing to whip until completely cooled.
