The tuna and breadcrumbs pasta is a first course with a simple but flavorful dressing. With just a few simple ingredients, you’ll create a tasty and easy-to-make pasta dish. While the pasta is cooking, you can sauté the tuna with garlic, oil, and curry; then, as a final touch, add the breadcrumbs and enjoy a mouth-watering dish!

Ingredients
- 7 oz pasta
- 4 oz canned tuna in water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 sprig dried oregano
- 2 tbsps breadcrumbs
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
Steps
To make the tuna and breadcrumbs pasta, lightly brown the peeled garlic clove in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Then add the curry and a tablespoon of water to dissolve the curry.
Add the drained tuna and mix it with the other ingredients for a few minutes over low heat.
Finally, add the breadcrumbs and oregano, stir, and turn off the heat.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water; once cooked (preferably al dente), drain it and pour it into the pan with the sauce. Stir for a few minutes.
Serve at the table and enjoy your meal!
