Upside-down bruschettas are delicious bites cooked in reverse in an air fryer or oven. To make this recipe, I’ve used slices of stale bread and topped them with grated Parmesan and confit cherry tomatoes. Easy and quick to make, these crostini will astonish your guests!

Ingredients
- 8 slices stale bread
- 16 confit cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsps grated Parmesan
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps
To make upside-down bruschettas, line the air fryer basket or a baking tray with parchment paper.
Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil and place the confit tomatoes cut-side down.
Create a layer of grated Parmesan over the tomatoes and place the bread slices on top.
Drizzle a little oil on the bread and cook in the air fryer at 392°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, until golden. Alternatively, in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes.
Flip the bruschettas and enjoy them warm. Bon appétit!
