The upside-down savory pie with potatoes is a tasty vegetarian idea, perfect for an appetizer at home or as a starter. The uniqueness of this recipe is that the savory pie is made in reverse, starting with the filling and then covering it with puff pastry. I created a layer of thinly sliced potatoes seasoned with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, and oregano; then covered it with puff pastry and baked it in the oven. The result was a truly delicious savory pie.
