Wafers with Yogurt Cream and Strawberries

Wafers with Yogurt Cream and Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 2/3 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Mascarpone
  • 1 package Strawberries
  • 6 Wafers
  • 1/3 cup White Chocolate
  • as needed Chopped Hazelnuts

Preparation

  • To make the wafers with yogurt cream and strawberries, melt the chocolate in a double boiler and brush the edges of the wafers. Dip these in the chopped hazelnuts. Place in the refrigerator to let the chocolate set.

  • Wash and cut the strawberries into pieces, setting some aside for decoration.

  • In a bowl mix mascarpone with sugar and then add the yogurt. Stir the ingredients until you get a cream. Finally, incorporate the strawberries and mix the ingredients well.

  • Fill the wafers with the cream, using a spoon or piping bag, and place them in the refrigerator for an hour.

  • Serve garnished with sliced strawberries. Enjoy!
