Ingredients
- 7 oz watermelon
- 7 oz feta cheese
- 3.5 oz blueberries
- 1.75 oz black olives
- 3.5 oz cherry tomatoes
- to taste basil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt

Steps
To prepare the watermelon and feta salad, cut the watermelon by removing the rind and dicing the flesh.
Alternatively, you can use a melon baller to create watermelon balls for a more decorative look for the salad.
Dice the feta, wash, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
In a salad bowl, combine the watermelon, feta, blueberries, olives, and cherry tomatoes.
Add a few basil leaves, season with salt, and dress with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Mix well to combine the ingredients and serve. Enjoy your meal!
