- Portions: 15 Pieces
- Cooking methods: No-bake
Ingredients
- 7 oz white chocolate
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (liquid)
- 3 tbsp pistachio spread
- to taste chopped pistachios
Preparation
To make the white chocolate and pistachio truffles, melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie together with the cream. Stir occasionally with a spatula until you obtain a smooth, glossy mixture.
Remove from the pan and fold in the pistachio spread. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
Then, using your hands or a teaspoon, take a little of the mixture and form balls about the size of a walnut, or to your desired size.
Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper. Once all the mixture is used, roll each ball in the chopped pistachios.
Put the truffles in the refrigerator and serve as needed. Enjoy!
