The yogurt and peanut dessert is a spoon dessert made without gluten and lactose. This dessert is prepared without cooking and is made up of various layers: a base of cookies and homemade peanut butter; a cream of yogurt and peanut butter; a layer of homemade caramel and peanuts, and finally a delicious glaze of dark chocolate and almond milk. Easy to make, this dessert is a joy for the palate!

Ingredients
- 3.5 oz gluten-free cookies (for celiacs)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 7 oz lactose-free plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- as needed caramel
- as needed peanuts
- 1.75 oz dark chocolate
- 2 tbsps almond milk
- as needed peanuts
Steps
To make the yogurt and peanut dessert, in the blender bowl, or in a food processor, pour the cookies and peanut butter. Blend until you get a sandy mixture.
Take three bowls or three glasses; form a layer of crushed cookies at the bottom of the bowls, pressing well with the back of a spoon.
In a bowl pour the yogurt and add the peanut butter; stir with a spoon to combine the ingredients. Then pour the yogurt into the bowls.
On the yogurt layer, form a layer of caramel and peanuts.
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler with the almond milk, stirring with a spoon until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Pour the glaze over the caramel and peanuts, place in the refrigerator to rest for three hours.
Serve garnished with peanuts. Enjoy!
