The yogurt, blueberry, and granola cup is a fresh and delicate dessert to enjoy any time of the day. Making this cup is very simple and is a good alternative to plain yogurt. I made a blueberry and sugar coulis, and a cream in which I combined yogurt with cream cheese. Then I assembled the cups by filling them with the yogurt cream, the blueberry coulis, and garnishing with fresh blueberries and homemade granola. For a tasty snack or a fresh and refreshing treat, this yogurt cup is perfect!

Yogurt Desserts
- Difficulty: Easy
- Cost: Affordable
- Preparation time: 10 Minutes
- Portions: 2People
- Cooking methods: Stovetop
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
- 3 oz Cream Cheese
- to taste granola
- 1/3 cup Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Preparation
To make the yogurt, blueberry, and granola cup, blend the blueberries (leaving a few aside for garnish) with a splash of water; then strain them through a fine sieve to remove the seeds. Collect the resulting liquid mixture in a bowl.
Then transfer everything to a small saucepan, add the sugar and cook over low heat for five minutes, then place the coulis in a bowl and let it cool.
In a small bowl, beat the yogurt with the cream cheese until a thick cream is obtained.
Take the cups and pour the yogurt cream inside, then add the blueberry coulis on top, without mixing to achieve a marbled effect.
Garnish with the reserved blueberries and granola. Serve and enjoy!
