This spoon dessert, easy and quick to make, is also delicate and tasty, thanks to the three ingredients it is composed of: yogurt, coconut, and cereals. I made three layers: a base of crushed cookies, plain yogurt with shredded coconut, then everything covered with white chocolate mixed with puffed spelt and dried coconut flakes. This dessert, prepared without cooking, is ideal to enjoy at the end of meals or as a snack, guilt-free!

Coconut and Chocolate Desserts

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- 9 dry cookies
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tsp honey
- 3 1/2 oz white chocolate
- 2 tbsp puffed spelt
- to taste dried coconut
Steps
To make the yogurt, coconut, and cereal dessert, take three cups or glasses. Form a layer of coarsely crushed cookies at the bottom of the cups.
In a bowl, pour the yogurt, then add the coconut and honey; mix with a spoon to combine the ingredients. Then pour the yogurt into the cups.
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, then add the puffed spelt and some dried coconut flakes. Pour the mixture over the yogurt.
Place the cups in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours before enjoying them. Enjoy!
