This dessert by the spoon, easy and quick to prepare, is also delicate and tasty, thanks to the three ingredients it is made of: yogurt, coconut, and cereals. I made three layers: a base of crushed cookies, white yogurt with grated coconut, then everything covered with white chocolate combined with puffed spelt and dehydrated coconut flakes. This dessert, which is prepared without cooking, is ideal to enjoy at the end of meals or as a snack, without guilt!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- 9 dry cookies
- 1/4 cups grated coconut
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 3 1/2 oz white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons puffed spelt
- to taste dehydrated coconut
Steps
To make the yogurt, coconut, and cereal dessert, take three cups or three glasses. Create a layer of roughly crushed cookies at the bottom of the cups.
In a bowl, pour the yogurt, then add the coconut and honey; mix with a spoon to combine the ingredients. Then pour the yogurt into the cups.
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, then add the puffed spelt and some dehydrated coconut flakes. Pour the mixture over the yogurt.
Place the cups in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours before enjoying them. Enjoy!
