Yogurt Ice Cream – No Eggs and No Ice Cream Maker

Yogurt ice cream is a tasty idea for the summer, made without eggs and without using an ice cream maker. I prepared this recipe with only three ingredients: cream, yogurt, and condensed milk. Once the ice cream has rested in the freezer, you can serve it with fresh fruit, with black cherry, or with berries (raw or cooked). Easy to make, this creamy yogurt ice cream will win you over at the first spoonful!

Yogurt Ice Cream – No Eggs and No Ice Cream Maker

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 5.3 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup plain natural yogurt (or Greek yogurt)

Steps

  • To make the yogurt ice cream, use a mixer or a stand mixer to whip the cream to stiff peaks.

  • In a bowl, combine the yogurt with the condensed milk and stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  • Incorporate the milk and yogurt mixture into the cream, always mixing with an electric mixer (or stand mixer), until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  • Transfer the mixture into a container with a lid, or cover with plastic wrap.

  • Place in the freezer to rest for 3 hours.

  • Serve the ice cream with fruit or toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
