Ingredients for Air Fryer Pizza
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 200 g Manitoba flour
- 3 g dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1.6 cups water
- 10 g fine salt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 250 g mozzarella
- as needed extra virgin olive oil
- as needed dried oregano
- as needed fine salt

Steps for Preparing Air Fryer Pizza
To prepare the mini pizzas in the air fryer, CHECK THE RECIPE of the dough HERE. You can prepare it either by hand or with a stand mixer
Once the dough is ready, place a dough ball on a pan for air fryer lined with parchment paper,
and let it rest until the dough rises to the edges of the pan
Form dimples with your fingertips and
top with tomato sauce seasoned with oil and salt
with mozzarella pieces and a sprinkle of oregano.
Bake at 350°F for about 8 minutes, then remove from the pan and place on the air fryer basket and continue cooking for another 7 minutes or until golden brown.
Cooking times vary from fryer to fryer, so watch carefully in the last few minutes and evaluate if it needs to be cooked a few minutes more or less.
Storage
The air fryer pizza can be stored for one day in a cool, dry place, or in the fridge in an airtight container. Before consuming, you can reheat it in the air fryer at 320-338°F for 3-5 minutes to restore crispiness.
It can be frozen for up to 2 months, wrapped in plastic wrap + freezer bag. For consumption, it is best to put it directly in the air fryer at 320°F for 7-10 minutes, without thawing it.
