Ingredients for Almond Flour Cookies

  • 1 3/4 cups almond flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • to taste almonds

Steps for Preparing Almond Flour Cookies

  • To prepare these delicious almond flour cookies, take a bowl and pour in the almond flour, egg whites, and erythritol or cane sugar. Mix first with a fork and then knead by hand until all ingredients are combined. Form a smooth and homogeneous dough.

    Take about 1 oz of dough and, with your hands, form balls.

    Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Slightly flatten the center and insert a whole almond pressing gently

    Bake in a static oven at 340°F for 12-15 minutes or in an air fryer. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F for 3–4 minutes. Arrange the cookies on an tray well spaced (at least 3/4 inch). Bake few at a time: the air must circulate well at 320°F for 8-10 minutes.

    Allow to cool and serve.

Storage

Store almond flour cookies in an airtight container or in a tin box for 4-5 days.
You can freeze them. Let the cookies cool completely.
Place them on a tray and freeze for 1 hour.
Transfer to freezer bag or airtight container
