The apple omelet cooked in the pan is a sweet omelet that is easy, quick, and delicious, and you’ll love it at the first taste!
If you’re always in a rush but don’t want to miss out on a good dessert, this is for you.
Not having the time for preparations that require turning on the oven is common, and this is a truly fantastic solution!
The apples, sliced thinly or diced, become soft and slightly caramelized during cooking, releasing their sweet and fruity aroma. The flavor is balanced: the natural sweetness of the apples pairs with the slight spicy note of cinnamon added to the batter.
It’s a healthy dessert as it’s butter-free, with little sugar, easy and quick to prepare.
It’s perfect for both kids and adults, thanks to its delicate flavor and soft texture.
Ideal to serve as breakfast or a snack, but also as a dessert at the end of a meal.

Steps for the Preparation of the Apple Omelet
To prepare the delicious apple omelet, start by peeling the apples with a peeler and slicing them into thin wedges
Place them in a bowl, drizzle with the juice of half a lemon, sprinkle with cinnamon, mix, and let them marinate for a few minutes.
Break the eggs into another bowl and beat them with an electric mixer with the sugar until you have a frothy mixture. Then, while mixing, add the yogurt, or milk in the same amount, the flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder
and finally the apples, and mix everything well with a spatula.
Heat a non-stick pan 8 inches buttered and, once hot, pour the mixture.
Cook on low heat with a lid for 10 minutes. Then gently flip, using a lid or flat plate, the omelet and cook for another 5 minutes, still with a lid and on low heat.
After cooking, let it cool completely and sprinkle with plenty of powdered sugar.
